White Carrot Cake 萝卜糕

Ingredients: 

White Carrot 400gm, Rice Flour 150gm, Life Water 50ml, Shrimps 50gm, Dried Radish 20gm

 

Methods:

1. Cook the shrimps and dried radish till fragrance.

2. Put the white carrot, rice flour and life water in the i-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 5 minutes.

3. Take out the paste and add in the shrimps and dried radish, mix well. Steam for 20 minutes and ready to serve.

 

萝卜糕

材料:

白萝卜 400gm 、粘米粉 150gm、生命水 50ml、虾米 50gm、菜埔 20gm

 

做法:

1. 首先将虾米及菜埔炒香备用。

2. 然后把白萝卜,粘米粉及生命水放进智能养生机内,设定速度6号搅拌5分钟。

3. 把搅拌均匀的材料倒出,然后再把之前炒香的虾米及菜埔加入其中,然后蒸20分钟即可食用。
