Watermelon Skin Jam 西瓜皮果酱

Ingredients: Watermelon skin (remove the green part)-550 gm, Rock Sugar-2 tablespoons, Water-75 ml

Methods:

1. Put the watermelon skin, rock sugar and water into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 2 minutes. 

2. Pour into a container, refrigerate until it is condensed. Ready to serve.

西瓜皮果酱

材料:西瓜皮 (青色皮去掉)-550 gm、冰糖-2 汤匙、水-75 ml

做法:

1. 将西瓜皮,冰糖及水放入智能养生机内,设定速度5号搅拌2分钟。

2. 完成后,倒出放入罐子中,再把酱料放入冰箱冷却,直至把水份吸干即可食用
