
Ingredients:
Nian Gao (cut into strips), Sweet potato (cut into strips), Taro (cut into strips), Spring roll wrappers, Cooking oil
Methods:
1. Cut Nian Gao, sweet potato, and taro into evenly sized strips for easy wrapping and frying.
2. Take one spring roll wrapper and place a strip of Nian Gao, sweet potato, and taro at one end.
3. Roll up the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides as you go, and seal the edge with a bit of water.
4. Turn on the iTAZZO eTouch smart stove and set to medium heat. Add enough cooking oil to a pan and heat.
5. Once the oil is hot, reduce to low heat and carefully add the wrapped Nian Gao rolls in batches to prevent sticking.
6. Set timer fry for 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil.

做法:
1.年糕、红薯、芋头分别切成长条,大小尽量均匀,便于包裹和炸制。
2. 取一张春卷皮,将一条年糕、一条红薯和一条芋头摆放在皮的一端。
3. 将春卷皮从一端卷起,边卷边将两侧折入,包裹成小卷,用少量水封口,确保不散开。
4. 启动 iTAZZO eTouch 智能电炉,设置中火,将适量食用油加热。
5. 油热后,转至小火,将包好的年糕卷放入油锅中,注意分批炸制,避免粘连。
6. 定时3-4分钟炸至番薯芋头熟透,起锅前调制中火让表面金黄酥脆后捞出,沥干多余油分。
