Traditional Rice Cake 年年高升

Ingredients: Glutinous Rice Flour-300 gm, Brown Sugar-120 gm, Hot Water-350 ml

Cooking Utensils: Flat Bottom Bowl-1 set, Banana Leaf-1 pc

 

Methods:

1. Put the brown sugar and hot water into the i-Processor, set speed 3 and blend for 1 minute.

2. Put in the glutinous rice flour into the i-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 2 minutes.

3. Cut 1 pc of banana leaf according to the bottom size of the flat bottom bowl and then place it in the bowl. Cut another 3 pieces of banana leaves to cover the side of the bowl. Then pour the mixture into the bowl.

4. Preheat the steamer, use medium fire to steam for 1 hour. Ready to serve.

材料:糯米粉-300 gm、红糖-120 gm、热水-350 ml

备用工具:平底碗-1 个、香蕉叶-1 片

 

做法:

1. 将红糖和热水放入智能养生机,设定速度3号搅拌1分钟。

2. 再将糯米粉倒入智能养生机,设定速度3号搅拌2分钟。

3. 将香蕉叶剪成平底碗的大小,然后放进平底碗里,再剪三片香蕉叶覆盖在碗边,后将搅拌均匀的材料倒入碗内。

4. 预热蒸炉, 用中火蒸1小时后即可享用。
