Ingredients A: Egg-2 pcs, Sugar-35 gm, Milk-200 gm
Ingredients B: Butter (Melted)-20 gm, Flour-100 gm, Cocoa Powder-6 gm
Ingredients C: Whipping Cream-200 gm, Sugar-25 gm, Oreo Crumb-Some
Ingredients D: Cocoa Powder-Some
Methods:
1. Put all the ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend 10 seconds.
2. Add all the ingredients B into the i-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 20 seconds. Pour the mixture into a bowl for use.
3. Preheat the pan, pour a spoonful of batter into the pan, swirl into a thin slice, use medium heat to cook, remove from the pan when it’s cooked.
4. Put the whipping cream and sugar of ingredients C into the i-Processor, set at speed 8 and blend until the mixture has obvious swirl marks.

5. When the crepes cool down, take one crepe, spread with the whipping cream, add oreo crumb on it. Take another crepe, place on the first crepe by half overlapping it, then add the whipping cream and oreo crumb. Do the same for the third crepe.
6. Roll the crepes from one end to the other gently and firmly. Then wrap with plastic food wrapper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
7. Sprinkle with some cocoa powder but not too much before serving.
毛巾卷蛋糕
材料A:蛋-2粒、白糖-35 gm、牛奶-200 gm
材料B:牛油(溶解)-20 gm、面粉-100 gm、可可粉-6 gm
材料C:淡奶油-200 gm、白糖-25 gm、奥利奥饼干碎-适量
材料D:可可粉-适量
做法:
1. 材料A放入智能养生机,设定3号搅拌10秒。
2. 加入材料B,设定3号搅拌20秒。搅拌后倒入碗中备用。
3. 预热锅,倒入一勺的面糊,再快速转动平底锅让面糊均匀摊开,以中温煎熟即可取出。
4. 将材料C的淡奶油和白糖放入智能养生机,设定速度8号打至有明显的纹路备用。

5. 把煎好的饼皮放凉后,将打发好的淡奶油涂在饼皮中间位置,再撒上些许奥利奥饼干碎。再拿另一张饼皮叠在第一张饼皮上,同样涂上谈奶油和撒上奥利奥饼干碎。第三张饼皮也一样。
6. 将饼皮从一头慢慢卷起至另一头,然后,裹上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏约2小时。
7. 取出后,再撒上可可粉即可享用。
