Thai-Style Longan Ice 泰式龙眼冰 (Video)

Ingredients:
Dried Longan-160 gm, Coconut Sugar-80 gm, Water-1200 ml, Pandan Leaves-4 pcs

Methods:
1. Rinse the longan and pandan leaves thoroughly. Add clean water to a pot and place the longan and pandan leaves inside.
2. Use the Hi-Light stove, set the heat level to 7, and bring to a boil.
3. After boiling, reduce the heat to level 2 and set the timer for 1 hour to simmer.
4. About 15 minutes before the end of cooking time, add the coconut sugar. Adjust sweetness according to personal preference.
5. Cool down and serve in a glass with ice cubes.

材料:
龙眼干-160gm、椰糖-80gm、清水-1200ml、香兰叶-4片

做法:
1. 将龙眼和香兰叶洗净,锅内加清水放入龙眼和香兰叶。
2. 使用 Hi-Light,设定7号火煮沸。
3. 煮沸后将火力调小至2号,时间设置1小时继续煲。
4. 煲好的15分钟前加入椰糖即可。甜度可根据个人口味调整。
5. 冷却后加入装有冰块的杯子即可享用。
