Sweet Corn Bowl Aberdeen Cake 黄金碗仔糕

Ingredients: Sweet corn-150 gm, Instant Jelly Powder-10 gm, Hot water-250 ml

 

Methods:

1. Dice and boil the corns.

2. Put the corn kernels and hot water into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 3 minutes.

3. Add the instant jelly powder, set at speed 5 and blend for 1 minute. Put in the fridge to be solidified. Ready to serve.

 

黄金碗仔糕

材料:玉蜀黍-150 gm、果冻粉-10 gm、热水-250 ml

 

做法:

1. 将玉蜀黍切粒,煮滚。

2. 将煮熟的玉蜀黍和热水倒入智能养生机,设定速度5号打至3分钟。

3. 再加入果冻粉,设定速度5号打至1分钟。放入冰箱待凝固即可享用。
