Stewed Chicken 卤鸡

Ingredients: Garlic-2 pcs, Ginger-1 pc, Clove-5 pcs, Cinnamon-1 pc, Star anise-2 pcs, Rock sugar-some, Oyster sauce-some, Salt-some, Chicken drumstick-1 pc

Methods:

1. Add clove, cinnamon, star anise and rock sugar into the e-Processor.

2. Blend for 1 minute at speed 1, set aside for use.

3. Saute the garlic, ginger and oyster sauce, add mixture and bring to boil. Add the chicken drumstick and salt, cook until the chicken drumstick is done.

材料:蒜米-2 粒、姜-1 片、丁香-5 个、肉桂-1 支、八角-2 粒、冰糖-适量、蚝油-适量、盐-适量、鸡腿-1 块

做法:

1. 将丁香,肉桂,八角和冰糖放入养生调理机内。 

2. 设定1号,搅拌1分钟后,取出备用。

3. 将蒜米,姜和蚝油炒香, 然后将搅拌好的馅料倒入锅内煮滚,放入鸡腿和适量的盐,鸡腿煮熟即可上碟。
