Steamed Chicken Meatball 清蒸鸡肉丸

Ingredients: Chicken Breast-1 pc, Corn Flour-1 tablespoon, Pepper Powder-1/4 teaspoon, Salt-1/2 teaspoon, Chopped Mushroom-1 tablespoon, Carrot-1/4 pc (Cut into slice)

Methods:

1. Put the chicken breast into the i-Processor,  use “Pulse” to blend few times into paste.

2. Put in the corn flour, pepper powder, salt, chopped mushroom and carrot into the i-Processor, use “Pulse” to blend till homogeneous.

3. After blending, pour into a bowl, apply some oil on hands and make the mixture into desired shape.

4. Steam for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.

清蒸鸡肉丸

材料:鸡胸肉-1 块、生粉-1 汤匙、白胡椒粉-1/4 茶匙、盐-1/2 茶匙、香菇碎-1 汤匙、红萝卜-1/4 条(切片)

做法:

1. 首先将鸡胸肉放入智能养生机,设定“Pulse”键搅拌数次直至成肉酱。

2. 再把生粉,白胡椒粉、盐、香菇碎及红萝卜放入智能养生机内,设定 “Pulse”键搅拌数次直到全部材料一起打碎。

3. 搅拌后,把肉酱倒出放在碗中,手沾些油把肉酱搓成圆形。

4. 热锅后,拿去蒸10分钟,即可享用。
