Spinach Pancake 绿悠悠煎饼

Ingredients: Spinach-80 gm, Pandan Leave-3 pcs, Egg-1 pc, Flour-150 gm, Rock Sugar-120 gm, Life Water -100 ml, Peanut Oil-Some

 

Methods:

1. Wash the spinach and pandan leave, cut the spinach and pandan leave.

2. Put spinach, pandan leave, egg, rock sugar and life water in the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 2 minutes.

3. Add the flour in the i-Processor by 2 times, set at speed 3 and blend till become paste.

4. Put in the peanut oil in a pan, heat up and pour in the paste, fry till fragrance. Ready to serve. 

 

绿悠悠煎饼

材料:菠菜-80 gm、班兰香叶-3 片、鸡蛋-1 粒、面粉-150 gm、冰糖-120 gm、生命水-100 ml、花生油-少许

 

做法:

1. 将菠菜和班兰香叶清洗干净后,菠菜去根及班兰香叶切小段。

2. 将菠菜,班兰香叶,鸡蛋,冰糖和生命水放入智能养生机内,设定速度6号搅拌2分钟。

3. 再将面粉分2次倒入智能养生机内,设定速度3号搅拌至成面糊状。

4. 将花生油倒入锅中,热锅后, 用小火慢慢煎至熟透, 即可食用。
