Ingredients A: Shallots-250 gm, Dried Chillies-20 pcs, Lemongrass-3 pcs, Cooking Oil-150 ml, Galangal-25 gm, Ginger-10 gm, Garlic-10 gm, Chillies Padi-2 pcs, Kaffir Lime Leaves-2 pcs
Ingredients B: Turmeric-20 gm, Cooking Oil-150 ml, Chicken Drumstick-2 pcs, Coconut Milk-1 pc, Sugar-60 gm, Salt-10 gm, Shredded Coconut-1 pc (Stir fry till fragrance in advance)
Methods:
1. Put the shallots, dried chillies, lemongrass and cooking oil into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 5 minutes.
2. After blending, add the galangal, ginger, garlic, chillies padi and kaffir lime leaves into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for another 5 minutes.
3. Heat the cooking oil and sauté the turmeric in a pan till fragrance, add the blended mixture, and cook till fragrance.
4. Add chicken drumsticks, coconut milk, sugar and salt, and cook until the chicken drumsticks are done.
5. Put in the shredded coconut and mix well, ready to serve.

惹当鸡
材料A:小葱头-250 gm、辣椒干-20 条、香茅-3 条、食油-150 ml、南姜-25 gm、姜-10 gm、蒜米-10 gm、辣椒仔-2 条、麻风柑叶 -2 片
材料B:黄姜-20 gm、食油-150 ml、鸡腿-2 支、椰浆-1 颗、糖-60 gm、盐-10 gm、炒香的椰丝-1 颗
做法:
1. 将小葱头,辣椒干、香茅及食油放入智能养生机内,设定速度5号搅拌5分钟。
2. 搅拌均匀后,再将南姜,姜、蒜米、辣椒仔及麻风柑叶放入智能养生机,设定速度5号再搅拌5分钟。
3. 热锅后,加入食油及黄姜爆香,过后将搅拌好的陷料倒入锅中炒香。
4. 加入鸡腿,椰桨、糖和盐,煮至鸡腿熟透。
5. 最后放入椰丝搅拌均匀,即可上碟享用。
