Ingredients A: Rock Sugar-30 gm, Life Water-100 ml
Ingredients B: Sago-50 gm
Ingredients C: Purple Sweet Potato (Remove Skin)-100 gm, Rock Sugar-10 gm
Methods:
1. Put ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 1 minute, then pour into ingredient B and soak for 1 hour.
2. Preheat the steamer, steam the purple sweet potato for 20 minutes.
3. Put the steamed purple sweet potato and rock sugar into the i-Processor, press “Pulse” button for 5 times. Pour into a bowl.
4. Brush Cooking Oil on steamer, make the purple sweet potato into balls cover with sago.
5. Preheat the steamer, use medium heat to steam the purple sweet potato balls for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.

紫薯QQ糕
材料A:冰糖-30 gm、生命水-100 ml
材料B:西米-50 gm
材料C:紫薯 (去皮)-100 gm、冰糖-10 gm
做法:
1. 将材料A倒入智能养生机,设定速度3号搅拌至1分钟。完成后,倒入材料B里浸泡1小时。
2. 预热蒸炉,将紫薯蒸至20分钟。
3. 将紫薯和冰糖一起放入智能养生机,按“Pulse”键5次即可取出放在碗里。
4. 在蒸炉刷上少许食油,将紫薯泥捏成球状,沾满已浸泡糖水的西米。
5. 预热蒸炉,用中火蒸沾满西米的紫薯球至30分钟即可享用。
