Purple Sweet Potato Cake 紫薯糕By woonhong / July 7, 2022 Ingredients: Purple Sweet Potato 200gm, Coconut Milk 100ml, Sticky Rice Flour 70gm, Rock Sugar 2 tablespoons Methods: 1. Peel the skin of the purple sweet potato and cut into cube. 2. Put the purple sweet potato, coconut milk, sticky rice flour and rock sugar into the i-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 3 minutes. 3. Pour the mixture into steamer then steam for 15 minutes. Ready to serve. 紫薯糕 材料: 紫蕃薯 200gm、椰浆 100ml、粘米粉 70gm、冰糖 2汤匙 做法: 1. 首先将紫蕃薯去皮,然后切块。 2. 把紫蕃薯, 椰浆,粘米粉及冰糖放进智能养生机内,设定速度6号搅拌3分钟。 3. 完成后,倒出及放进蒸炉蒸15分钟即可食用。
