Ingredients: Purple Cabbage – 50 gm, Lemon – 50 gm, Rock Sugar – 50 gm, Life Water – 250 ml, Ice cube – Some
Methods：
1. Put purple cabbage, lemon, rock sugar and life water into the i-Processor, set at speed 8 and blend 2 minutes.
2. Put in ice cube and continue to blend for another 1 minute at speed 8. Ready to serve.

材料：紫包菜– 50 gm、柠檬– 50 gm、冰糖– 50 gm、生命水 – 250 ml、冰块 – 适量
做法：
1. 将紫包菜， 柠檬， 冰糖及生命水放入智能养生机，设定速度8号搅拌2分钟。
2. 过后再加入冰块， 设定速度8号搅拌1分钟即可饮用。
