Pandan Mochi 香兰麻糬

Ingredients: Pandan Leaf – 1 pc, Glutinous Rice Flour – 125 gm, Fine sugar – 45 gm, Peanut Crumbs – 60 gm, Life Water – 200 ml, Cooking Oil – Some

Methods:

1. Put the peanut crumbs of ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend into fine crumbs. Pour the peanut crumbs into a bowl, mix well with fine sugar of ingredients A, then put aside for use.

2. Put pandan leaf, fine sugar and Life Water of ingredients B into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 2 minutes. Add in glutinous rice flour, set at speed 5 and blend for 1 minute.

3. Spread a layer of cooking oil on the mould, pour the blended mixture into the mould, then steam for 7 minutes.

4. After steaming, lightly oil two tablespoons then scoop out one spoon of mochi, wrap the mochi with peanut crumbs and fine sugar, ready to serve.

香兰麻糬

材料:班兰叶-1片、糯米粉-125 gm、细糖-45 gm、花生碎-60 gm、生命水-200 ml、食油-少许

做法:

1. 将材料A的花生碎倒入智能养生机,设定速度3号搅拌至细碎。把花生碎倒在碗中,和材料A的细糖搅拌均匀,置旁备用。

2. 将材料B的班兰叶、细糖和生命水放入智能养生机,设定速度5号搅拌2分钟。再将糯米粉倒入智能养生机,设定速度5号搅拌1分钟变成米浆。

3. 先在模型内涂一层薄薄的食油,把米浆倒入模型,然后放入蒸炉,蒸7分钟。

4. 蒸熟后,用2个汤匙先沾少许的食油再挖出一勺麻糍,裹上已拌均的花生碎和细糖,即可享用。
