Oldie Pancake 古早味煎饼

Ingredients A: Flour-250 gm, Egg-1 pc, Life Water-500 ml, Salt-5 gm, Sugar-10 gm

Ingredients B: Carrots-50 gm, Cabbage-30 gm, Shallots-50 gm

Ingredients C: Cooking Oil-Some

Methods:

1. Put the ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 1 minute.

2. Put the ingredients B into the i–Processor, press “Pulse” for2-3 times.

3. Pour both the mixture into a bowl and mix well.

4. Heat up the pan using medium heat, add in ingredient C, and pour a big spoon of the
mixture into the pan, cook with medium heat until fragrance. Ready to serve.

材料A:面粉-250 gm, 鸡蛋-1 粒, 生命水-500 ml, 盐-5 gm, 糖-10 gm

材料B:红萝卜-50 gm, 包菜-30 gm, 小葱头-50 gm

材料C:食油-少许

做法:

1. 将材料A放入智能养生机, 设定速度5号搅拌至1分钟。

2. 将材料B放入智能养生机, 按“Pulse”键2-3次即可。

3. 搅拌好后, 将材料A& B倒入碗中, 搅拌均匀。

4. 预热锅, 然后加入材料C, 倒入一大汤匙搅拌均匀的材料,用中火慢慢煎至熟透即可享用。
