Mung Bean Rice Milk with Tapioca 绿豆大米奶西米露 (Video)

Ingredients:
Mung beans-50g, Rice-30g, Gula Melaka-50g, Milk-200ml, Filter Water-300ml, Sago (pre cook)-30g, Pandan leaf-1 slice

Method:
1. Pre cook Sago
2. Add in all ingredients (except milk)
3. Blend 10 minutes at speed 8
4. Add cooked sago in to glass
5. Pour into glass and add in milk
6. Ready to serve

 

材料:
绿豆-50克, 大米-30克, 马六甲椰糖-50克, 牛奶-200毫升, 过滤水-300毫升

做法:
1. 西米预先煮好
2. 加入所有材料(牛奶除外)
3. 设定8号档速搅拌10分钟
4. 加入煮熟西米至杯中
5. 倒出后加入牛奶
6. 即可享用
