Ingredients A: Red Bean-130 gm, Life Water-800 ml
Ingredients B: Icing sugar-80 ml, Salt-3 gm
Ingredients C: Strawberries-11 pcs (Small size)
Ingredients D: Beetroot-30 gm, Glutinous Rice Flour-200 gm, Icing Sugar-120 gm, Life Water-200 ml
Spared Ingredients: Tapioca Starch-Some
Spared Utensils: Rolling Pin-1 pc, Brush-1 set
Methods:
1. Put ingredients A into a pot, cook 1.5 hours till the red bean become soft.
2. Then pour the red bean into the i-Processor, add in ingredients B, set at speed 5 and blend till fine.
3. After blending, divide the red bean paste into 20gm each, and then put in ingredient C, make into round shape and set aside.
4. Pour ingredients D into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 5 minutes.
5. After blending, pour into the steamer and steam for 15 minutes. After steam, use stick to mix the mixture properly then steam another 5 minutes.
6. Spread some tapioca starch on the chopping board, flatten the steamed glutinous rice into round shape, you may use brush to remove the extra tapioca starch.
7. Add the red bean filling and wrap it up. Ready to serve.

材料B:糖粉-80 ml、盐-3 gm
材料C:草莓-11 粒 (小粒状)
材料D:甜菜根-30 gm、糯米粉-200 gm、糖粉-120 gm、生命水-200 ml
备用材料:太白粉-少许
备用工具:棍-1 把、刷子-1 把
做法:
1. 将材料A放入锅内,开大火煮一个小时半至松软。
2. 将煮好的红豆倒入智能养生机,加入材料B,设定速度5号搅拌至细滑。
3. 搅拌完成后,将红豆馅分成每粒20gm,然后将材料C的草莓每颗裹入红豆馅内,搓圆后放置一旁备用。
4. 将材料D倒入智能养生机,设定速度5号搅拌5分钟。
5. 搅拌好后,倒入蒸炉蒸15分钟。蒸好后,使用棍搅拌至细滑,然后再蒸5分钟。
6. 在砧板撒些太白粉,将蒸好的糯米皮取出,用手将糯米皮压成圆形,用刷子扫掉多余的太白粉。
7. 将已裹好的红豆馅放在糯米皮中间包起来,搓圆后即可享用。
