Mee Hoon Kueh 面粉糕

Ingredients A: Egg-1 pc, Water-Some, Salt-Some

Ingredients B: Flour-1 full cup

Ingredients C: Anchovies-80 gm, Salt-Some, Water-1000 ml

Ingredients D: Fried Shallots-Some, Shiitake-Some, Wood Ear Fungus-Some

Methods:

1. Bring the ingredients A to 70ml and mix well. Set aside for use.

2. Pour the ingredient B into the e-Maker, close the cover properly.

3. Connect the power supply, press “POWER” button and select 1 cup, the e-maker will start operating.

4. At the process of mixing the flour, slowly pour in the mixture (Step 1) and mix till homogeneous.

5. Then the e-maker will start to produce your desired noodles, then set it aside.

* Tips: Please use the 1.1mm dumpling mould

6. Put all ingredients C into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 blend till smooth.

7. Pour the anchovies soup into a pot, tear the noodles into pieces and put into the pot to cook until it’s floating.

8. Transfer the cooked noodles into a bowl, add some of the soup, and topped with some ingredients D. Ready to serve.

面粉糕

材料A:鸡蛋-1粒、生命水-少许、盐-少许

材料B:面粉-1平杯

材料C:江鱼仔-80 gm、盐-少许、水-1000 ml

材料D:炸葱-适量、菇-适量、黑木耳-适量

做法:

1. 首先材料A的份量调至70ml,然后搅拌至均匀备用。

2. 将材料B倒入机器内,并将盖盖好。

3. 启动电源,按“POWER”,再选择1杯的分量,机器将开始操作。

4. 当在搅拌面粉时,把步骤1的材料慢慢倒入机器当中一起搅拌均匀。

5. 当面粉搅拌均匀后,机器将自动制造出面条,然后将面条搁置一旁备用。

*小贴士:请选用1.1mm饺子皮的模具

6. 将所有材料C放入养生调理机,设定6号打至细滑。

7. 把江鱼仔汤倒入锅中,将之前备用的面条撕成块状,一块块放入汤里煮至浮起。

8. 把面粉糕捞起放在碗里,加入适量的汤,再放些许的材料D即可享用。
