Marie Tiramisu 玛丽提拉米苏

Ingredients A: Whipping cream – 350 ml, Fine Sugar – 70 gm, Gelatine Powder – 5 gm, Coffee mix – 19 gm, Cream cheese – 250 gm

Ingredients B: Marie biscuit – 36 pcs, Black coffee – 250 ml

Ingredients C: Chocolate Powder – Some

Spare Utensil: Cup – 6 pcs

Methods:

1. Put whipping cream, sugar, gelatine powder and coffee mix of ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 4 and blend for 1 minute.

2. Add cream cheese of ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 4 and blend for 3 minutes. Set aside for use.

3. Dip the marie biscuit in the black coffee and place it in a cup, make into a layer.

4. After the first layer of marie biscuit, add the cream of step 2. Then add another layer of marie biscuit and cream until full.

5. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

6. Sprinkle some ingredient C before serving.

玛丽提拉米苏

材料A :淡奶油 – 350 ml, 细糖 – 70 gm, 明胶粉 – 5 gm, 咖啡混合粉 – 19 gm, 奶油乳酪 – 250 gm

材料B :玛丽饼干 – 36 片, 黑咖啡 – 250 ml

材料C :可可粉 – 适量

备用工具:杯子 – 6 个

做法:

1. 将材料A的淡奶油,糖,明胶粉和咖啡混合粉放入养生调理机,设定4号搅拌1分钟。

2. 再将奶油乳酪放入养生调理机,设定4号搅拌3分钟,均匀后即可倒出备用。

3. 将玛丽饼干沾上黑咖啡,放入杯里。

4. 放了一层米玛丽饼干后,把搅拌好的奶油倒入杯里,再放一层饼干和奶油直至满即可。

5. 冷凍3小时。

6. 享用前,撒上一层可可粉即可。
