Mango Pudding 芒果果冻

Ingredients: 

Mango – 400 gm, Agar-agar powder – 6 gm, Sugar – 55gm, Hot water – 650 ml

 

Methods:

1. Add jelly, rock sugar and hot water into the i-Processor, set at speed 8 and blend for 3 minutes.

2. Peel the skin and remove the seed of the mango, then put in i-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 10 seconds.

3. Put in the fridge to set before serving.

 

芒果果冻

材料:

芒果 – 400 gm,燕菜粉 – 6 gm,糖 – 55gm, 热水 – 650 ml

做法:

1. 将燕菜、冰糖和热水倒入智能养生机内, 设定速度8号搅拌3分钟。

2. 芒果去皮及种子后, 放入智能养生机内,设定速度3号打至10秒。

3. 最后放入冰箱即可。
