Mango Minako Shrimp Sause 芒果美奈子虾酱料

Ingredients A: Lemon-1/2 pc, Corn Oil-50 ml, Egg-2 pcs, Sugar-10 gm, Salt-3 gm

Ingredients B: Mango-180 gm, Gelatin Powder-2 gm

Ingredients C: Shrimp(Cooked)-10 pcs, Parsley-Some

Methods:

1. Put all ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 1 minute. 

2. Add ingredients B into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 2 minutes.

3. Pour the sauce over the shrimps and sprinkle with some parsley. Ready to serve.

芒果美奈子虾酱料

材料A:柠檬-1/2 粒、玉米油-50 ml、鸡蛋-2粒、糖-10 gm、盐-3 gm

材料B:芒果-180 gm、明胶粉-2 gm

材料C:草虾(煮熟)-10只、香菜-适量

做法:

1. 将材料A 放入智能养生机内,设定速度5号搅拌至1分钟。

2. 再将材料B放入智能养生机内,设定速度5号搅拌2分钟。

3. 将酱料倒在草虾上,撒上香菜即可享用。
