Mango Jam 爱心芒果酱

Ingredients: Mango-150 gm, Gelatine-1/2 tablespoon, Rock Sugar-1 tablespoon, Hot water-100 ml

Methods:

1. Put the gelatin, rock sugar and hot water into the i-processor and set at speed 5 to blend for 5 minutes.

2. Put in the mango and blend for another 2 minutes at speed 5. Ready to serve.

* Please use Dry Grinder Jug.

爱心芒果酱

材料:芒果-150 gm、明胶粉-1/2 汤匙、冰糖-1 汤匙、热水-100 ml

做法:

1. 将明胶粉,冰糖及热水放入智能养生机, 设定速度5号搅拌5分钟。

2. 搅拌均匀后,加入芒果, 设定速度5号再搅拌2分钟即可食用。
