Mango Daifuku 芒果雪媚娘

Ingredients A: Glutinous Rice Flour-150 gm, Corn Flour-30 gm, Icing Sugar-50 gm, Corn Oil-40 ml, Life Water-175 ml

Ingredients B: Glutinous Rice Flour-100 gm

Ingredients C: Vegetable Cream-500 gm

Ingredients D: Mango-300 gm

Methods:

1. Put all ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend till homogeneous.

2. Preheat the steamer, then pour the mixture A into steamer and steam for 20 minute with high heat.

3. Preheat the frying pan, pour the ingredients B into the pan and stir fry the flour until light yellow color.

4. After 20 minutes, take out the dough and cover with plastic wrap, set aside.

5. After cooling, divide the dough into 40gm each portion. Dust the dough with the stir fried glutinous rice flour, flatten it and cover with the plastic wrap. Set aside.

6. Put ingredients C into the i-Processor, set at speed 8 and blend till stiff form.

*Tip: Keep the vegetable cream in the freezer until you are ready to use.

7. Put the vegetable cream and mango filling on the dough and wrap it into round shape. Ready to serve.

*Tip: Best served chilled.

芒果雪媚娘

材料A:糯米粉-150 gm、玉米粉-30 gm、糖粉-50 gm、玉米油-40 ml、生命水-175 ml

材料B:糯米粉-150 gm

材料C:淡奶油-500 gm

材料D:芒果丁-300 gm

做法:

1. 将所有的材料A放入智能养生机,设定速度5号搅拌均匀。

2. 预热蒸炉,将搅拌均匀的材料A倒入蒸炉盘内,用大火蒸20分钟。

3. 预热炒锅,将材料B放入锅内,用中火炒至淡黄色即可倒入碗中,搁置一旁放凉备用。

4. 20分钟后,将蒸熟的面团趁热从盘内剥出来,用保鲜膜包好放凉。

5. 放凉后,将面团分为每粒40gm。在板上撒些预先炒好的糯米粉以防粘黏,将面团擀成面皮,然后用保鲜膜盖好备用。

6. 将材料C倒入智能养生机,设定速度8号打发至硬即可。

*小贴士:淡奶油要使用时才从冰箱取出

7. 取出面皮,放一勺淡奶油和些许芒果丁在面皮内,像包包子一样包起来,最后收口向下即可。
