Malay Coconut Sugar Cake 椰糖马来糕

Ingredients A: Brown sugar-30 gm, Egg-2 pcs

Ingredients B: Corn oil-50 gm, Melted Coconut Palm Sugar-50 gm, Corn flour-15 gm, Self-raising flour-140 gm

Ingredient C: Cooking oil-Some

 

Methods:

1. Put the ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 2 and blend till homogenous.

2. Put the ingredients B into the i-Processor, set at speed 2 and blend for 1 minute.

3. Brush a layer of cooking oil (ingredient C) on the mould, then pour the mixture into it.

4. Steam for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.

 

椰糖马来糕

材料A黄糖-30 gm、鸡蛋-2 粒

材料B玉米油-50 gm、融化椰糖-50 gm、玉米粉-15 gm、自发面粉-140 gm

材料C食油-少许

 

做法:

1. 将材料A倒入智能养生机内,设定速度2号搅拌至均匀。

2. 再将材料B倒入智能养生机内,设定速度2号搅拌1分钟。

3. 在模具上涂上食油(材料C),再把搅拌好的材料倒入。

4. 放入蒸炉用大火蒸5分钟既可享用。
