Joyful Spring Roll 春风满面卷

Ingredients: Chicken-100 gm, Carrot-60 gm, Turnips-50 gm, Onions-1/2 pcs, Shallots-6 pcs, Garlic-4 pcs, Egg-1 pc, Corn Flour-1 tablespoon, Oyster Sauce-1 teaspoon, Sesame Oil-Some, Salt-Some, Pepper Powder-Some, Bean Curd Skin-Few pcs

Methods:

1. Peel off the skin of carrot, turnips, onions and shallots, then cut into cubes. After cut in cubes, put in the i-Processor and set at speed 4, blend for 1 minute..

2. Put the rest of the ingredients (exclude the bean curd skins) in the i-Processor and blend for 1 minute at speed 5.

3. Wrap the fillings with the bean curd skins. (The length of the rolls depends on individual preference)

4. Heat up the pan and fry till fragrance. Ready to serve.

材料:鸡肉-100 gm、红萝卜-60 gm、沙葛-50 gm、大葱-半粒、小葱头-6 粒、蒜米-4 粒、鸡蛋-1 粒、玉米粉-1 汤匙、蚝油-1 茶匙、麻油-少许、盐-少许、胡椒粉-少许、豆腐皮-数片

做法:

1. 将红萝卜, 沙葛, 大葱及小葱头去皮后切块,倒入智能养生机内, 设定速度4号搅拌1分钟。

2. 将所剩余的材料(除了豆腐皮)倒入智能养生机内,设定速度5号搅拌1分钟。

3. 把肉酱铺在豆腐皮上, 卷起即可。(豆腐皮的长度与大小以个人喜好而定)

4. 热锅后, 将肉卷放入油中炸至金黄即可。
