Ingredients A: Pandan leaf-2 pcs(around 20cm), Rock Sugar-50 gm, Life Water-300 ml, Blended Rice Flour-100 gm, Tapioca Starch-20 gm
Ingredients B: Cooking Oil-Some
Ingredients C: Corn Kernel-30 gm
Methods:
1. Put the pandan leaves, rock sugar and Life Water of ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 8 and blend for 1 minute.
2. Add in the blended rice flour and tapioca starch of ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 4 and blend for 2 minutes.
3. Spread a layer of cooking oil in the bowl, use high heat to steam for 3 minutes.
4. Pour the blended mixture A into the bowl (70% full), then add in the corn kernels, steam with high heat for 20 minutes. After steaming, rest for 15 minutes then is ready to serve.

材料A:班兰叶-2 条(约20cm)、冰糖-50 gm、生命水-300 ml、粘米粉-100 gm、木薯粉-20 gm
材料 B:食油-少许
材料 C:玉蜀黍粒-30 gm
做法:
1. 将材将材料A的班兰叶,冰糖和生命水放入智能养生机,设定速度8号打至1分钟。
2. 过后将材料A的粘米粉及木薯粉也放入智能养生机,设定速度4号打至2分钟。
3. 在碗内涂上一层食油,然后放进蒸炉用大火蒸至3分钟。
4. 将搅拌好的材料A倒入碗内至七分满,然后再加入玉蜀黍粒,用大火蒸至20分钟。蒸好后, 待冷15分钟后可脱模,然后即可享用。
