Hong Kong Style Custard 港式奶蛋

Ingredients: Milk-400 ml, Egg white-3 pcs, Rock Sugar-2 tablespoons, Raisin-5 pcs, Aluminium Foil-1 small pc

Methods:

1. Put milk and rock sugar into i-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 1 minute.

2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add in egg white, then filter the mixture.

3. Pour the filtered mixture into a glass, then cover with aluminium foil. Steam for 15 minutes.

4. After steaming, put some raisin on top as decoration and ready to serve.

港式奶蛋

材料:牛奶-400 ml、蛋白-3 粒、冰糖-2 汤匙、葡萄干-5 粒、锡纸-1 小张

做法:

1. 将牛奶及冰糖放入智能养生机内, 设定速度3号搅拌1分钟。

2. 把调好的材料倒入碗中,加入蛋白,然后过滤泡沫。

3. 完成过滤后,倒入玻璃杯, 用锡纸盖上杯口,放入蒸炉蒸15分钟。

4. 蒸好后,洒葡萄干在表面, 然后即可食用。
