Honeydew Ice-Cream 蜜瓜雪糕

Ingredients: Honeydew (Remove skin and seed)-200 gm, Condensed milk-120 gm, Full cream milk-400 ml, Ovalette-30 gm, Vanilla essence-20 ml

Methods:

1. Put all ingredients into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 2 minutes.

2. After blending, pour the mixture in a container, refrigerate for 5 hours. Ready to serve.

 

蜜瓜雪糕

材料:蜜瓜 (去皮去籽)- 200 gm、炼奶-120 gm、全脂牛奶-400 ml、蛋糕乳化剂-30 gm、香草精-20 ml

做法:

1. 将所有材料放入智能养生机,设定速度5号搅拌2分钟。

2. 搅拌好后,取出倒入冰淇淋模具里,再放入冰箱冷藏5小时即可享用。
