Healthy Sesame Soup 养生芝麻糊

Ingredients: Black Sesame-100 gm, Ten Grains-20 gm, Rock Sugar-2 1/2 tablespoons, Hot Water-700 ml

Methods:

1. Roast the sesame in the pan until fragrance in advance.

2. Add roasted sesame, ten grains, rock sugar and hot water in the i-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 3 minutes. Ready to serve.

材料:黑芝麻-100 gm、十谷米-20 gm、冰糖-2 1/2 汤匙、热水-700 ml

做法:

1. 首先把黑芝麻炒香备用。

2. 再将黑芝麻, 十谷米, 冰糖及热水放入智能养生机,设定速度6号打3分钟即可食用。
