Golden Christmas Wings 圣诞黄金翅

Ingredients A: Chicken Wings-2 pcs, Black Pepper Powder-To Taste, Salt-To Taste

Ingredients B: Lemon-¼ pc, Garlic-15 gm, Butter-60 gm, Thyme-To Taste, Black Pepper Powder-To Taste, Salt-To Taste

Ingredients C: Butter-Some

Cooking Utensils: Aluminum Foil-1 pc, Brush-1 pc

Methods:

1. Mix well all the ingredients A, set aside for 30 minutes.

2. Put all ingredients B into the i-Processor, press “Pulse” 4 times.

3. Place aluminum foil on tray then brush some ingredient C on the foil.

4. Put the chicken wings on the oven plate, then put blended ingredient B on chicken wings.

5. Preheat the oven, bake for 10 minutes at 230˚C, then 20 minutes at 180˚C. Ready to serve.

圣诞黄金翅

材料A:鸡翅-2 个、黑胡椒粉-提味、盐-提味

材料B:柠檬 – ¼ 粒、蒜米-15 gm、牛油-60 gm、百里香叶-提味、黑胡椒粉-提味、盐-提味

材料C:牛油-少许

备用炊具纸-1片、刷子-1把

做法:

1. 将所有的材料A搅拌均匀,置旁腌制30分钟。

2. 将所有的材料B放入智能养生机内, 按“Pulse”键4次。

3. 将锡纸放在烤盘, 在表面搽上材料C。

4. 将腌制好的鸡翅放在烤盘上, 然后将搅拌好的材料B放在鸡翅上。

5. 预热烤炉,以230˚C 烘培10分钟, 然后再以180˚C 烘培20分钟即可享用。
