Ginger Sauce 麻油姜茸

Ingredients: Young Ginger-200 gm, Sesame oil-Some, Salt-Some

Methods:

1. Put the young ginger, sesame oil and salt into the i-Processor, set at speed 8 and blend for 2 minutes. Ready to serve with steamed fish or chicken.

材料:嫩姜-200 gm、麻油-适量、盐-适量
