Fried Ice Cream 炸雪糕

Ingredients: Durian Ice-cream – Some, Bread – 10 slices, Life Water – Some

Spare Utensils: Round glass – 1 pc, Rolling Pin – 1 piece 

Methods:

1. Flatten the bread slices with rolling pin, put an appropriate amount of ice cream on a slice of bread, wet the edge of the ice cream, then cover with another slice of bread.

2. Then, use the round glass to cut the bread into round shape.

3. Place the round bread into a container, freeze them for one hour.

4. Heat the oil and use medium heat to fry the round bread until golden brown. Ready to serve.

* Tips: Make around 5 servings

 

炸雪糕

材料 :榴莲雪糕 – 适量, 面包片 – 10 片, 生命水 – 适量

备用工具 :圆杯 – 1 个, 擀面棒 – 1 把

做法:

1. 将面包片擀至薄片,将适量的雪糕放在已擀薄的面包上,在雪糕边缘沾上水, 然后将另一片白面包盖上。

2. 用圆杯按下面包,切成圆形。

3. 按好后放进容器,收进冰箱冷冻一小时。 4. 开中火, 油热后就下锅, 炸至金黄色即可享用。 *温馨提示:以上材料预算可做5粒炸雪糕
