Fish Vegetables Custard 皖鱼时蔬蛋羹

Ingredients: Grass Carp-40 gm, Ginger-15 gm, Carrot-50 gm, Broccoli-20 gm, Egg 1-pc, Life Water-90 ml, Salt-Some

Methods:

1. Cut the grass carp into cube.

2. Put all ingredients into the i-Processor, set at speed 4 and blend for 1 minute.

3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, then cover the bowl with the aluminum foil.

4. Preheat the steamer, steam for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.

做法:

1. 将皖鱼切块备用。

2. 将所有的材料放入智能养生机,设定速度4号搅拌1分钟。

3. 将搅拌好的材料倒入碗内,用锡纸盖上碗口。

4. 预热蒸炉,蒸15分钟即可享用。
