Methods:
1. Put all the ingredients A into e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till homogeneous, set aside for use.
2. Heat up the pot, put in the ingredients B and cook for 1 minute, then place on a plate.
3. Put the mixture onto the cooked napa cabbage, then wrap it up.
4. Preheat the steamer, steam the mixture for 20 minutes, place on the plate with sprinkle ingredients C, ready to serve.

材料A:大白菜-50 gm、鸡胸肉-250 gm、香菇-100 gm、新鲜黑木耳-50 gm、酱青-10 ml、蚝油-15 ml、麻油-10 ml、盐-5 gm
材料B:大白菜-10片、盐-少许
材料C:青葱-适量
做法:
1. 将所有材料A放入养生调理机,设定1号搅拌至均匀,取出备用。
2. 锅子预热后,将材料B放入锅中,用小火煮至1分钟,之后取出放在盘中。
3. 将已搅拌好的肉馅放在已煮的大白菜中,然后包起来。
4. 预热蒸炉后,蒸20分钟,上碟再撒上材料C即可食用。
