Crispy Peanut Puffs 酥脆花生角仔 (video)

Ingredients A: Peanut(Roasted)-120 gm, White Sesame Seed(Roasted)-30 gm, Sugar-30 gm

Ingredients B: Egg-1 pc, Butter(Melted)-10 ml, Life Water-Some

Ingredients C: Flour 1 Flat Cup

Methods:

1. Put all the ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 10 seconds. Pour into a bowl and set aside.

* Please use Dry Grinder Jug

2. Bring the ingredients B to 80ml and mix well. Set aside for use.

3. Pour the ingredient C into the e-maker, close the cover properly.

4. Connect the power supply, press“POWER”button and select 1 cup, the e-maker will start operating.

5. At the process of mixing the flour, slowly pour in the mixture (Step 2) and mix till homogeneous.

6. Then the e-maker will start to produce your desired noodles.

* Tips: Please use the 1.1mm dumpling mould.

7. Cut the noodle into square shape, add the fillings (mixture from Step 1) wrap it up and twist the edge into a spiral shape.

* Tips: Please use the dumpling mould.

8. Preheat the pan, fry the puffs till golden brown. Ready to serve.

酥脆花生角仔

材料A:花生(炒香)-120 gm、白芝麻(炒香)-30 gm、白糖-30 gm

材料B:鸡蛋 1粒、牛油(融化)-10 ml、生命水-适量

材料C:面粉-1 平杯

做法:

1. 首先将材料A放入养生调理机,设定3号打至10秒,取出放在碗中备用。

* 请使用干磨杯

2. 将材料B 的份量调至80ml,然后搅拌至均匀备用。

3. 将材料C倒入养生制造机内,并将盖盖好。

4. 启动电源,按“POWER”,再选择1杯的分量,机器将开始操作。.

5. 当在搅拌面粉时,把步骤2的材料慢慢倒入机器当中一起搅拌均匀。

6. 当面粉搅拌均匀后,机器将自动制造出面条。

*小贴士:请选用1.1mm云吞皮的模具

7. 把制造出来的面条割成四方形,将搅拌好材料A放在中间,然后夹成形状及再将边缘扭成螺旋形状。

*小贴士:请选用水饺模具

8. 预热锅,将包好的花生角仔放入锅中炸至金黄色即可享用
