Crispy Golden Oatmeal Cookie 金心燕麦酥

Ingredients: 

Oatmeal-4 tablespoons, Sugar-1 tablespoon, Corn Flour-3 tablespoons, Corn Oil-30 ml, Beaten Egg Yolk-1 pc

 

Methods:

1. Put oatmeal, corn flour, corn oil and sugar into the i-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend till homogeneous.

2. Pour the mixture into your choice of shape cookie pan. Brush the surface with beaten egg yolk.

3. Preheat oven at 150°C, bake for 10 mins. Ready to serve.

金心燕麦酥

材料:

麦片-4 汤匙、糖-1 汤匙、玉米粉-3 汤匙、玉米油-30 ml、蛋黄液-1 粒

 

做法:

1. 将麦片、玉米粉、玉米油及糖放入智能养生机内,设定速度3号搅拌至均匀。

2. 根据个人喜好做出喜爱的形状, 过后表层刷上蛋黄液。

3. 预热烤炉150°C,烤10分钟后即可食用。
