
Ingredients:
Carrots 3 medium-sized, Onion 1, Sweet potato 1/2, Garlic 3 cloves, Water 400ml, Butter 10gm, Olive oil, salt, black pepper to taste
Methods:
1. Peel and chop the carrots, sweet potato, and onion into chunks.
2. Drizzle olive oil over a baking tray, add the carrots, sweet potato, onion, and garlic cloves, and sprinkle with black pepper.
3. Roast in the middle rack of a preheated oven at 230°C for 25–30 minutes, stirring once to ensure even roasting. (Alternatively, you can sauté the ingredients if preferred!)
4. Transfer the roasted vegetables to the iTAZZO i-Processor. Add butter, salt, and water.
5. Blend at speed 8 for 3 minutes until the soup is smooth.
6. Serve in bowls and garnish with fresh cream, black pepper, or herbs as desired.

做法:
1.先把胡萝卜、红薯、洋葱去皮切块。
2.烤盘淋些橄榄油,倒入胡萝卜、红薯、洋葱、大蒜瓣,撒些黑胡椒。
3.送入烤箱中层,230度烤25至30分钟,过程可以翻拌一次确保烤匀。当然,如果用炒的方式也是可以哦!
4.将烤好的蔬菜倒入i-Processor 智能养生机,加入黄油、盐吧和清水。
5.档速8搅拌3分即可。
6.倒出碗中,可以根据喜好加入鲜奶油,黑胡椒或香料调味。
