Ingredients A: Chrysanthemums-15 gm, Wolfberries-20 pcs, Hot Water-700 ml
Ingredients B: Gelatin Powder-30 gm, Rock Sugar-50 gm

Methods:
1. Soak all ingredients A in a big bowl for 10 minutes.
2. After 10 minutes, use filter to separate the chrysanthemums and wolfberries with water. Set aside the chrysanthemums and wolfberries.
3. Put the water and ingredients B into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 10 minutes. After that, pour into the mould.
4. Sprinkle the surface with some chrysanthemums and wolfberries. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Ready to serve.
菊花枸杞糕
材料A:菊花-15 gm、枸杞-20 颗、热水-700 ml
材料B:明胶粉-30 gm、冰糖-50 gm
备用工具:模具-10 个、过滤网-1 个
做法:
1.将所有的材料A放入大碗中浸泡10分钟。
2. 10分钟后,使用过滤网取菊花枸杞水,浸泡过水的一些菊花瓣及枸杞留下备用。
3. 将菊花枸杞水及材料B放入智能养生机,设定速度5号打至10分钟,然后倒入模具中。
4. 将留下的菊花瓣和枸杞撒上,放入冰箱冷却4小时即可享用。
