Chicken Curry 咖喱鸡

Ingredients: Lemongrass-5 pcs, Onions-2 pcs, Shallots-6 pcs, Galangal-3 gm, Turmeric-5 gm, Chicken drumstick-1 pc, Shrimp sauce-5 gm Coconut milk-2 tablespoons, Curry leaves-15~20 pcs, Dried chili paste-5 gm, Rock sugar-1 tablespoon, Salt-some, Hot water-some.

Methods:

1. Cut onions and shallots into cubes. Then add lemongrass, onions, shallots, galangal, turmeric, shrimp sauce, and dried chilli sauce into the i-Processor. Blend for 5 minutes  at speed 5 . Set aside for use.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add curry leaves till aromatic, then add the mixture and cook till fragrance.

3. Add chicken drumstick, hot water, rock sugar and salt . Cook till chicken drumstick is done.

4. Add in coconut milk before serving.

咖喱鸡

材料:香茅-5 支、大葱-2 粒、小葱-6 粒、南姜-3 gm、黄姜-5 gm、鸡腿-1 块、虾酱-5 gm、椰浆-2 汤匙、咖喱叶-15~20 片、辣椒干酱-5 gm、冰糖-1 汤匙、盐-适量、热水-适量

做法:

1. 先将大葱和小葱切块。后将香茅,大葱,小葱,南姜,黄姜,虾酱和辣椒干酱放入智能养生机内,设定速度5号搅拌5分钟,取出备用。 

2. 锅内加油,热锅后,将咖喱叶爆香,再放入馅料炒香。

3. 再加入鸡腿,热水,冰糖和盐,煮至鸡腿熟透。

4. 最后放入椰浆搅拌均匀即可上碟享用。
