Calamari Curry 咖喱鱿鱼

Ingredients A: Shallots-100 gm, Dried Chilies-8 gm, Lemongrass-20 gm, Ginger-15 gm, Cooking Oil-15 ml, Life Water-100 ml, Salt-6 gm, Sugar-15 gm, Curry Leaves-60 pcs

Ingredients B: Squid-250 gm, Lady’s Finger-65 gm

Methods:

1. Put all the ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 5 minutes.

2. Heat up the pan, pour the mixture into the pan and cook till fragrant.

3. After that, add in the squid of ingredients B and cook till squid is done.

4. Stir in lady’s finger of ingredients B, then is ready to serve.

咖喱鱿鱼

材料A:小蔥头-100 gm、辣椒干-8 gm、香茅-20 gm、姜-15 gm、食油-15 ml、生命水-100 ml、盐-6 gm、糖-15 gm、咖喱叶-60 片

材料B:鱿鱼-250 gm、羊角豆-65 gm 

做法:

1. 将所有的材料A放入智能养生机,设定速度5号搅拌5分钟。

2. 热锅后,将搅拌好的材料A倒入锅中炒香。

3. 炒香后,再加入材料B的鱿鱼一起炒拌。

4. 所有的材料煮至熟透后加入材料B的羊角豆,稍微搅一搅即可上碟享用。
