Ingredients: Whipping Cream-100 ml, Egg (Grade A)-3 pcs, Egg Yolk-1 pc, Cream Cheese-350 gm, Caster sugar-60 gm, Corn Flour-10 gm
Spare Utensils: 8 inch cake mould, Baking paper 1pc
Methods:
1. Put all ingredients into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 5 minutes.
2. Place the baking paper in the cake mould and pour the mixture into the mould.
3. Preheat oven at 220˚C, bake for 25 minutes.
Tip: Tastes better after refrigerated for 3 hours
焦香乳酪蛋糕
材料:淡奶油-100 ml、鸡蛋 (A级)-3 顆、蛋黄-1 顆、奶油乳酪-350 gm、幼糖-60 gm、玉米粉-10 gm
备用工具:8寸蛋糕模具、烘焙纸1张
做法:
1. 将所有材料放入智能养生机,设定速度5号搅拌5分钟。
2. 将烘焙纸铺在蛋糕模具内,并倒入搅拌好的材料。
3. 预热烤炉,以220˚C 烘培25分钟。
