Ingredients A: Rice Flour-200 gm, Tapioca Starch-10 gm, Caster Sugar-50 gm, Egg-1 pc, Coconut Milk-50 ml, Life Water-200 ml
Ingredients B: Cooking Oil-Some (For frying)
Methods:
1. Put all the ingredients A into the i-Processor, set at speed 5 and blend for 1 minute.
2. Use medium heat to heat up the ingredient B and mould.
3. Dip the mould into the mixture, then fry till golden brown, set aside for cooling before serving.
蜜蜂窝之饼
材料A:粘米粉-200 gm、木薯粉-10 gm、细糖-50 gm、鸡蛋-1 粒、椰浆-50 ml、生命水-200 ml
材料 B:食油-适量 (油炸使用)
做法:
1. 将所有材料A放入智能养生机,设定速度5号搅拌至1分钟。
2. 将材料B及使用的模具放入锅中,以中火煮至热。
3. 模具粘一粘已搅拌好的材料,再放入锅中炸至金黄色,取出待冷即可享用。
