Basil Cashew Patties 九层腰果肉饼

Ingredients: Chicken Breast-150 gm, Basil-25 pcs, Cashew Nut-60 gm, Mint-5 pcs, Water-50 ml, Cooking Oil-50 ml, Salt-Some

Methods:

1.Put basil, cashew nut, mint, life water, cooking oil and salt in the i-Processor. Set at speed 4 and blend for 2minutes.

2. After blending, put in the chicken breast and blend again for 2 minutes at speed 5.

3. Marinate the patties for 15mins.

4. Heat up the pan and fry the patties until cook. Ready to serve.

层腰果肉饼

材料:鸡胸肉-150 gm、九层塔-25 片、腰果-60 gm、薄荷叶-5 片、水-50 ml 、食油-50 ml、盐-少许

做法:

1. 将九层塔,腰果、薄荷叶、生命水、食油及盐放入智能养生机,设定速度4号搅拌2分钟。

2. 搅拌均匀后,再把鸡胸肉放进智能养生机内,设定速度5号搅拌2分钟。

3. 把肉酱腌制至15分钟,然后捏成肉饼。

4. 热锅后,把肉饼煎熟即可食用 。
