Dragon Fruit Mooncake

Ingredients A: Glutinous Rice Flour-50 gm, Rice Flour-50 gm, Wheat Starch-30 gm, Rock Sugar-50 gm, Butter-30 gm, Milk-230 ml

Ingredients B: Dragon Fruit (Remove Skin)-50 gm

Spare Ingredients: Glutinous Rice Flour-Some

Cooking Utensil: Mooncake Mould-1 set

Methods:

1. Put all ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 6 and blend for 1 minute. 

2. Preheat the steamer, pour the mixture into the steamer bowl, then steam for 30 minutes.

3. After 30 minutes, mix well the dough till become smooth, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes. 

4. After 20 minutes, divide the dough into 50gm each portion. 

5. Dust the dough with the spare glutinous rice flour, put the dragon fruit filling in the mooncake dough and wrap it into round shape. 

6. Place the dough into the mooncake mould, press lightly but firmly for few times, then squeeze it out. Ready to serve.

Tips: Best served chilled after 1 hour.


火龙果月饼

材料A:糯米粉-50 gm、粘米粉-50 gm、澄粉-30 gm、冰糖-50 gm、牛油-30 gm、牛奶-230 ml

材料B:火龙果(去皮)-50 gm

备用材料:火糯米粉-适量

备用工具:月饼模具-1个

做法:

1. 将所有材料A放入养生调理机,设定6号搅拌1分钟。

2. 预热蒸炉, 将搅拌均匀的材料A倒入蒸炉盘内,上锅蒸至30分钟。

3. 蒸好后拿出来搅拌均匀,趁热将面团揉光滑, 然后盖上保鲜膜冷却20分钟。

4. 冷却后, 将面团分为每粒50gm

5. 面团沾上备用材料, 将火龙果放在面团上后收口, 搓成圆形。

6. 将包好馅料的月饼放入月饼模具, 轻按数次, 挤出月饼即可享用。

温馨提示:放到冰箱冷藏一个小时口感更佳
