Vegetable Curry

Ingredients AShallots-40 gm, Dried Chilies-5 gm, Lemon grass-10 gm, Curry Leaves-10 gm, Sugar-10 gm, Salt-8 gm, Tamarind Paste Water-50 ml, Ginger-10 gm

Ingredients BMixed Fenugreek-4 gm

Ingredients COnion-65 gm, Tomato-150 gm, Eggplant-100 gm, Ladyfinger-20 gm, Long Bean-20 gm, Olive Oil-100 ml, Turmeric-5 gm

Ingredients DLife Water-250 ml

Ingredients ECoconut Milk-100 ml


1. Put all ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 1 minute.

2. Preheat the pan, put in the ingredient B and cook till fragrant. Then, add in the ingredient C and cook thoroughly.

3. Add in the mixture A and D cook till homogenous.

4. Lastly, stir in the ingredient E and mix well. Ready to serve.

材料C:大葱-65 gm、番茄-150 gm、茄子-100 gm、羊角豆-20 gm、长豆-20 gm、橄榄油-100 ml、黄姜-5 gm

材料D:生命水-250 ml

材料E:椰浆-100 ml


1. 将所有材料A放入养生调理机,设定3号打至1分钟即可取出。

2. 热锅后,将材料B爆香。爆香后,加入所有的材料C炒至熟透。

3. 煮熟后,加入已搅拌好的材料A和D煮至均匀熟透。

4. 最后加入材料E搅拌均匀即可享用美食。
