Fish Curry

Ingredients AShallots-40 gm, Dried Chilies-5 gm, Lemon grass-10 gm, Curry Leaves-10 gm, Sugar-5 gm, Salt-5 gm, Assam Paste Water-50 ml

Ingredients B:Halba Campur-4 gm

Ingredients C:Onion-65 gm, Tomato-150 gm, Eggplant-100 gm, Ladyfinger-20 gm, Long Bean-20 gm, Olive Oil-100 ml, Life Water-250 ml, Turmeric-5 gm

Ingredients D:Life Water 250 ml

Ingredients E:Grouper Fish Meat-500 gm

Ingredients F:Coconut Milk-100 ml

Methods

1. Put all ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 3 and blend for 1 minute.

2. Preheat the pan, put in the ingredient B and cook till fragrant. Then, add in the ingredient C and cook thoroughly.

3. Add in the mixture A and D cook till homogenous, then add in Fish cook till done.

4. Lastly, stir in the coconut milk homogenously. Ready to serve.

咖喱鱼肉

材料 A:小葱头-40 gm、辣椒干-5 gm、香茅-10 gm、咖喱叶-10 gm、糖-5 gm、盐-5 gm、亚参水-50 ml

材料 B:香料-4 gm

材料 C:大葱-65 gm、番茄-150 gm、茄子-100 gm、羊角豆-20 gm、长豆-20 gm、橄榄油-100 ml、生命水-250 ml、黄姜-5 gm

材料 D:生命水-250 ml

材料 E:石斑鱼肉-500 gm

材料 F:椰浆-100 ml

做法:

1. 将所有材料A放入养生调理机,设定3号打至1分钟即可取出。

2. 热锅后,将材料B爆香。爆香后,加入所有的材料C炒至熟。

3. 煮熟后,加入已搅拌好的材料A和D煮至均匀熟透,再加入鱼煮至熟透。

4. 最后加入椰浆搅拌均匀即可享用美食。
