Vege Bun

Ingredients AYam Bean (Shredded)-250 gm, Carrot (Shredded)-230 gm, Black Fungus (soak in water then sliced thinly)-10 gm, Shiitake (soak in water then sliced thinly)-2 pcs, Life Water-Some, Cooking Oil-Some

Ingredients BOyster Sauce-10 ml, Sesame Oil-2 ml, Soy Sauce-5 ml, Chicken Seasoning Powder-Some, Pepper Powder-Some, Salt-Some, Sugar-Some

Ingredients CTapioca Starch-Some, Life Water-Some

Ingredients DPau Flour-300 gm, Yeast-4 gm, Life Water-140 ml, Corn Oil-5 ml

Methods

1. Pour the cooking oil of ingredient A into the pan for preheating, stir fry the black fungus and shiitake, then add in the carrot, yam bean and Life Water, stir fry.

2. Pour the ingredients B into the pan and stir fry evenly. When the yam bean and carrot are soft, add in the ingredients C and stir fry evenly. Place on the plate and set aside.

3. Put the pau flour and yeast of ingredients D into the e-Maker and cover it, press “Knead” button. During kneading process, slowly pour in the Life Water and corn oil.

4. After 4 minutes, take out the dough and knead it into round shape, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 10 minutes.

5. Take out the dough after 10 minutes, knead the dough into long shape, and divide into small portions.

6. Roll the small portion into flat round shape, add the filling of step 2 and wrap it up. Place on the paper and ferment again for 30 minutes.

7. Preheat the steamer and steam the bun for 12 minutes.

8. After turning off the heat, slightly open the steamer cover, wait for 3 minutes before removing the cover. Enjoy it while it's hot.


菜包

材料A:沙葛 (刨丝)-250 gm、萝卜 (刨丝)-230 gm、黑木耳 (浸泡后切丝)-10 gm、香菇 (浸泡后切丝)-2 颗、生命水-适量、食油-适量

材料B:蚝油-10 ml、麻油-2 ml、酱油-5 ml、鸡精粉-适量、胡椒粉-适量、盐-适量、糖-适量

材料C:木薯粉-适量生命水-适量

材料D:包粉-300 gm酵母-4 gm生命水-140 ml玉米油-5 ml

做法:

1. 将适量的材料A食油倒入锅内预热,将黑木耳丝和香菇丝炒香,再将萝卜丝,沙葛丝和生命水放入锅内翻炒。

2. 将材料B也倒入锅内炒至均匀。 沙葛丝和萝卜丝炒软后,加入材料C再翻炒均匀即可。 上碟待冷备用。

3. 将材料D的包粉和酵母放入养生制造机里,并将盖好。按"Knead"开始搅拌。搅拌时,将生命水慢慢倒入养生制造机,然后再将玉米油也慢慢倒入机内。

4. 4分钟后,将面团取出搓成圆团,用保鲜纸盖着发酵10分钟。

5. 10分钟后取出面团,将面团揉成长条,分割成大小均匀的小面团。

6. 将小面团搓成圆形后擀平,包入步骤2备用的馅料。放在纸上,再次发酵30分钟。

7. 预热蒸炉,水滚蒸至12分钟即可。

8. 熄火后,开个小缝待三分钟才开盖, 即可趁热享用。
