Pumpkin Mochi

Ingredients A: Purple Sweet Potato(Remove skin)-160 gm, Pumpkin(Remove skin and seed)-200 gm, Brown Sugar-15 gm, Life Water-15 ml, Finest Glutinous Rice Flour-100 gm

Spare Ingredients: Raisin-Some, Banana Leaf-Some, Cooking Oil-Some

Cooking Utensils : Toothpick-1 pc

Methods

1. Slice the purple sweet potatoes and pumpkin, steam separately for 15 minutes. 

2. After steaming, put the purple sweet potatoes, brown sugar and Life Water into a bowl, mash into paste. After that, make the paste into small portion of 10gm each as filing. Set aside.

3. Put the pumpkin and finest glutinous rice flour into the e-Maker, press “Knead” button to knead for 4 minutes. After kneading, take out the dough.

4. Use hands to knead the dough with some glutinous flour, and then make into small portion of 20gm each.

5. Flatten the pumpkin dough, add the purple sweet potato filling, and then wrap it into round shape.

6. Cut the banana leaf into required shape, put on the steamer.

7. Use the toothpick to make the pumpkin skin line, brush the bottom of the pumpkin dough with some cooking oil and then garnish the top with raisin.

8. Bring the steamer to boil, use medium heat to steam for 7 minutes. Ready to serve.


金瓜紫薯麻糬

材料A: 紫番薯(去皮)-160 gm、南瓜(去皮去种子)-200 gm、红糖-15 gm、生命水-15 ml、糯米粉-100 gm

备用材料: 葡萄干-适量、香蕉叶-适量、食油-适量

备用工具: 牙签-1 枝

做法:

1. 将紫蕃薯和南瓜各自切片然后分开各蒸15分钟。 

2. 将蒸好的紫蕃薯取出,放入容器里,趁热加入红糖和生命水用汤匙碾压成泥,然后将紫番薯泥搓成每粒10gm备用。

3. 将南瓜泥和糯米粉放入养生制造机, 按“Knead” 键搅拌4分钟。4分钟后,将面团出

4. 用手将面团搓一搓,然后加入少许糯米粉搓成条形,再搓成每粒20gm。

5. 将每粒20gm的面团捏成圆饼状,中间放入备用的蕃薯泥, 然后包起收口。

6. 将香蕉叶剪成适量的尺寸,放在蒸炉盘上。

7. 使用牙签压出南瓜线,在面团底部刷一点油,然后在中间插上一颗葡萄干。

8. 预热蒸炉,用中火蒸7分钟即可享用。
