Crispy Cereal Biscuit

Ingredients A: Butter-150 gm, Condensed Milk-10 gm, Fine Sugar-75 gm, Egg-1 pc

Ingredients B: Wheat Flour-150 gm, Tapioca Flour-50 gm, Salt-3 gm

Ingredients C: Cereal-100 gm

Methods

1. Put ingredients A into the e-Processor, set at speed 1 and blend till homogenous, set aside.

2. Put ingredients B into the e-Maker, press the “Knead” button and then slowly pour in the mixture of ingredients A into the e-Maker.

3. After 4 minutes, put ingredient C into the e-Maker, press again the “Knead” button for mixing well.

4. Pour the mixture in a bowl and make into desired round shape flatten, then press with folk .

5. Put in the oven, bake for 15 minutes at 170˚C. Ready to serve.

香脆麦片饼

材料A: 牛油-150 gm、炼奶-10 gm、细糖-75 gm、鸡蛋-1 粒

材料B: 中筋面粉-150 gm、薯粉-50 gm、盐-3 gm

材料C: 麦片碎-100 gm

做法:

1. 将材料A放入养生调理机, 设定1号搅拌至均匀备用。

2. 将材料B倒入养生制造机, 按“Knead”键, 然后 再将已搅拌均匀的材 料A慢慢地倒入养 生制造机。

3. 4 分钟后, 将材料C也倒入养生制造机, 再 按“Knead”键以搅拌均匀。

4. 完成后, 即可取出放在碗中, 然后搓成自己喜欢的圆形,按再用叉子按一按。

5. 放入烘炉内, 以170˚C 烘培15分钟即可享用。
